PrintOwn is a custom Print-on-Demand service that allows you to create and order personalized products like t-shirts, mugs, caps, tote bags, and more. You can upload your own designs or choose from our collection, and we’ll print and deliver your items directly to your doorstep no bulk orders required.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Production typically takes 1–2 business days, and delivery within the UAE usually takes 2–4 business days. International shipping times may vary.

 

4. Can I order in bulk?

Yes! While our service works perfectly for single custom items, we also accommodate bulk orders. Contact us for bulk pricing and production timelines.

 

5. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us at printowndxb@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

 

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before production begins. Once printing has started, changes are not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

 

7. What file types do you accept for custom designs?

We accept high-resolution PNG, JPEG, or PDF files. For best results, your design should be at least 300 DPI and in the correct dimensions for the product.

 

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp with your tracking details so you can monitor your order until it reaches your doorstep.

 

9. Where are you located?

All our operations are online, so we do not have any offline stores. However, our printing facility is located in Jebel Ali, Dubai, where all orders are produced and dispatched.
